REGROW는 현대 사회에서 홈 파밍에 관심은 있지만 관리에 어려움을 겪거나 시간을 내기 어려운 분들에게 혁신적인 경험을 제공합니다. 
음식물을 토양으로 자동으로 변환하여 식용 작물을 자랑하는 것은 환경 친화적이면서도 동시에 즐겁고 유익한 취미 활동을 가능하게 합니다.

REGROW offers a revolutionary experience for those who are interested in home farming in the modern world, but struggle to manage or find the time. Automatically transforming food into soil and showing off your edible crops makes for an environmentally friendly, yet enjoyable and beneficial hobby.


BACKGROUND

많은 사회인들이 집에서 음식용 식물을 기르고 소비하는 '홈 파밍' 문화를 체험하고 싶어 합니다. 식물을 기르는 과정과 수확하는 행위는 사람들에게 회사 생활의 스트레스로부터 벗어나 힐링과 성취감을 느끼게 해 주기 때문입니다. 그러나 많은 사람들은 음식용 식물을 기르는 데 시간과 경제적 여유가 부족합니다. 매일 꾸준한 관리와 계절에 따라 토양과 물의 양을 조절해야만 원하는 결과를 얻을 수 있으며, 이러한 작업들은 번거로움을 동반합니다

Many people in society want to experience the "home farming" culture of growing and consuming food at home, as the process of growing and harvesting plants provides people with a sense of relaxation and fulfillment away from the stresses of corporate life. However, many people lack the time and financial resources to grow food. It requires daily care and adjusting the amount of soil and water according to the season to get the desired results, and these tasks are a hassle

INSIGHTS

대부분의 사회인들은 홈 파밍을 시작하지 않거나, 시작했더라도 약 60% 정도가 중도 포기하는 것으로 나타났습니다
가장 큰 실패 요인은 '시간 관리 어려움'과 '준비물 비용 부담' 으로 이 두 가지가 주요 원인이었습니다

Most people in society don't start homesteading, or if they do, about 60% drop out.
The top two reasons for failure were "difficulty managing time" and "cost of supplies".

CONCEPT

주방이라는 배치될 공간적 특징을 고려하여, 다양한 주방 용품에서 아이디어를 얻었습니다. 
Regrow의 사용자들은 바쁜 일상에서 홈 파밍에 대한 부담감이나 시간적 제약을 더 이상 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다.  대신, 편리한 조작을 통해 다양한 기능으로 식물을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있습니다

Considering the nature of the space in which it will be placed, the kitchen, we took inspiration from a variety of kitchen appliances. 
Regrow's users no longer have to worry about the pressure or time constraints of home farming in their busy lives.  Instead, they can take care of their plants efficiently with a variety of features through convenient operation

POWERFUL SHREDDING

식용 식물에 사용되는 토양은 주로 음식물 처리기를 통해 얻은 퇴비를 재활용합니다. 뚜껑과 본체가 밀착되어 냄새가 무단으로 퍼지지 않으며, 강력한 회전 기능을 통해 다양한 음식물을 효과적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

The soil used for edible plants is mainly recycled compost from food processors. The close fit of the lid and body prevents odors from spreading unauthorized, and the powerful rotation function allows you to effectively process a variety of foods.

EASY TO USE

REGROW는 5개의 간단한 버튼을 통해 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있습니다. 사용자들은 빠른 사용을 위해 애플리케이션을 통해 예약하거나 원격으로 조작할 수도 있습니다. 또한, 앞면의 유리문을 열어 식용 식물을 수확할 수 있습니다.

REGROW is easy for anyone to use with five simple buttons. Users can also schedule it through the application for quick use or operate it remotely. In addition, the glass door on the front can be opened to harvest edible plants.

SHAPING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

상단 음식물 처리기에서 생성된 퇴비는 하단 회전 그라인더를 통해 자동으로 바닥으로 내려갑니다.
 퇴비 대신 물을 사용하고자 할 경우, 상단 뚜껑을 열어 물을 추가하면 됩니다. 
이러한 기능을 통해 사용자는 큰 노력 없이도 식용 식물을 건강하게 유지하고 지속적으로 관리할 수 있습니다

The compost generated by the top food processor automatically goes to the bottom through the bottom rotary grinder.
 If users want to use water instead of compost, they can open the top lid to add water. 
With these features, users can keep their edible plants healthy and sustainable without much effort

USE COLOR TO IDENTIFY NEEDS

 하단 LED 바를 통해 가드닝하는 식용 식물이 원하는것이 무엇인지 직관적으로 알 수 있습니다. 
물제공, 토양변경, 음식물처리물 청소, 순환 등 다양한 상황에 맞춰 컬러가 변경돨 뿐더러 연동 어플라케이션에서 이와 관련된
정보를 습득하고 올바른 행동을 유도시켜 사용자가 더 나은 경험을 할 수 있도록 도와줍니다

The bottom LED bar lets you intuitively know what the edible plants you're gardening want.  
It changes color when watering, changing soil, cleaning food waste, circulating, etc.
Learn and take the right action to help users have a better experience.
