BACKGROUND/
We partnered with Kingfisher plc, conducted an insight-driven innovation practice. The aim is to generate innovative ideas to enhance consumers’ power tool experience.
OUTCOMES/
16 down selected ideas have been visualised and displayed on a set of “Insight Cards”. These cards have been designed for communicating design process and outcomes between designers and clients.
As shown on the left, the cards showed a design thinking process of “Observation-Insight-Opportunity-Concept-Evaluation”.
