At the Women Economic Forum in December 2022, I had the incredible honor of being recognized as 'Woman of the Decade.' As a communication specialist and public speaker, I took this opportunity to convey a message close to my heart.

During my keynote address, I stressed the significance of self-motivation and offered valuable mindset practices to maintain a strong sense of drive. I urged everyone to think ambitiously while starting with manageable steps, emphasizing that consistent action is key to success.
