The starting point is always the development of a strategy tailored to the individual client.  What do they want their website to do? (showcase for business, eCommerce, information resource etc.), who do they want to attract? (clients, consumers, joint venture partners, build an online tribe); what do they want visitors to do (sign up for newsletter, RSS blog feed, connect & comment on blog posts, download free eBook, connect on social media platforms, complete contact form); and which social media platforms do they want to link to from their website?

The design for the website will then be developed with our graphic design team - creating a brand identify from scratch or using the client's existing branding.

The site will be built using the WordPress platform with a Premium theme (Thesis is our favourite!) Both design and strategy are taken into account equally so that the site works for the client providing an online hub that is "sticky" - meaning visitors engage rather than click away.

SEO is discussed with the client (using existing keywords, titles etc) or researching from scratch.  Copy for the site is also looked at to ensure it is SEO friendly.

Lastly, full training is given on how to update the site and maintain the blog on a regular basis, so that once it's launched the client has full control of their online hub.
