A regional building society with a reputation for service and an ambition to remove physical security whilst preserving staff working safety. We created an environment redolent of ‘home’ reflecting the society’s two offers: mortgages & savings, and in doing so crafted a space that feels warm welcoming by its older demographic customers without being considered conventional or traditional.
