Rotana are the largest producers of artists and music in the MENA region. Their quality and integrity is lessened by pirate producers producing bad copies of their works. In a bold move, the Rotana Media Store was created to not just address the retailing of genuine music to the public, but offer all forms of media from games, videos, computers, electronics, books and magazines to a café. With regular live events by their Stars the café became a vital and exciting hub for the store.
It was felt existing stores did not engage the customer. Our concept targeted the Arab youth in an engaging manner with a casual tone-of-voice. The store was designed like a magazine, providing gossip, clubs following events and the latest of everything.
