Known for his unwavering dedication to his students, Roger Kavigan was a respected educator. Beyond the classroom, he actively contributes to his community. He served on the Rose Park Neighborhood Association board, The Public Safety Advisory Commission and a LGBTQ Cultural Heritage District Committee member.
