Festyland - Prade Studio
During the last school holidays, I visited the Festyland theme park, the largest in the Normandy region,
in the company of my friends. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the unique world of the park, which skilfully blends different eras with a distinctive Norman touch. This immersion inspired me to create a captivating illustration,
fusing my personal graphic style with the very essence of Festyland.

To compose my first sketch, I undertook extensive research to capture all the necessary references.
My aim was to make it easy for viewers to recognise the park's emblems and star attractions, while injecting a wealth of detail into the whole.I opted for isometric drawing, a stylistic choice that offers great freedom in the graphic composition while allowing all the park's major attractions to be included.
DETAILS
This experience introduced me to the subtleties of isometric drawing, a style whose full artistic potential I was able to explore.As for the colours, I wanted to keep a palette that would evoke the atmosphere of Festyland,
in particular by using green and brown tones reminiscent of Normandy.
However, I also injected touches of violet, blue and pink to bring dynamism and liveliness to the composition.
