Real Estate Web Platform
Currently building an MVP in collaboration with a team of colleagues that aims to solve the needs in the real estate market in Romania. Project started from a problem experienced by myself and other people and demand for a solution was validated by creating a simple landing page with the value proposition and register buttons while tracking data using Google Analytics.
I assume the role of UI/UX department leader, overseeing key aspects of the project's success. This includes organizing and conducting user interviews to gain vital insights, actively engaging in the prototyping process to shape the design, conducting rigorous testing to refine user experiences, and driving iterative design improvements. Additionally, I collaborate closely with developers and the product manager to ensure seamless alignment between our design vision and the successful implementation of our product.
