This Project presents an academic exploration of a prefabricated Modular residential complex that embodies sustainability and integrates renewable energy technologies. The complex features energy-efficient appliances and incorporates advanced renewable energy systems, including solar panels seamlessly blended into the facades, window and railing solar panels, and rooftop solar panels with energy-saving capabilities. Complementing solar energy, modern wind turbines such as Power-Pod and ICE wind blades are also integrated to harness the power of wind and augment energy generation. In harmony with nature, the complex includes vertical gardens within its common balconies, serving as a rooftop’s courtyard, providing inhabitants with access to essential food sources and fostering a symbiotic relationship between human habitation and natural ecosystems. Furthermore, rainwater collection and filtration systems ensure a self-sustaining supply of potable water through the utilization of rainwater. The conceptualization of this innovative residential complex is grounded in a comprehensive study that addresses the specific needs of individuals during economic crises. Through the seamless integration of energy-efficient appliances, solar panels, and advanced wind turbines, the complex strives to optimize energy utilization and reduce reliance on conventional energy sources, thereby contributing to the mitigation of economic instabilities. The strategic choice of Lubon, Poland as the project's location further enhances its significance, considering the city's high inflation rate and rapid urbanization. By leveraging optimal solar exposure and employing innovative architectural methods, this visionary project serves the utopian sustainable residential design. It offers a pioneering model for sustainable residential solutions, emphasizing environmentally conscious practices and fostering economic resilience in the face of uncertainties.
