In the distant future, we will be replaced by thinking machines. Incredibly complicated, just like our brains are today.
There will be other challenges for them, beyond time and space. They will be able to travel through the infinity of the universe, without the need to eat, sleep or breathe. And they will definitely remember where they come from.
