A person without a settled home or regular work who wanders from place to place and lives by begging, that is a Vagrant. 

However, if we all work together, even if anonymously. Little by little we will start to rob this word of its meaning.

A Vagrant will take on a new meaning for those of tomorrow. 

So lets give them hope today that they'll never truly be alone.
