Shell Loyalty & CRM Tender
Accenture were invited to pitch for an opportunity to re-work Shell’s loyalty and CRM scheme. We were initially asked to produce some ideas to help illustrate a handful of key scenarios: we expanded our remit to the creation of an entire virtual environment through which the new proposals for rethinking the customer loyalty scheme could be played out.
A multi-layered world was envisaged, through which the world of the customer, Shell’s underpinning philosophy and the roles of its national & international teams could be clearly & dynamically brought to life.
