I got my inspiration entirely from my surroundings, from what I see every day, either in the city I live in, or in the nature around us and the condition to which we, the people, have brought her. When looking on the project, from my point of view as an artist, I have developed a project based upon a global problem, namely the pollution of our planet.
For the main parameters of the concept I have taken the numerous illegal dumps, oil spills in the oceans and the creatures that inhabit those environments.
I have worked on a project the moral of which is entirely focused to draw the attention of the youngest generation – the kids. They carry the hope for the expected change, this change will only take place once the way of thinking has been changed.
The concept of the game comprises of a main character, monsters and an environment composed of waste. I wanted to achieve a dynamic, colorful atmosphere filled with many adventures and a moral of the storyline outcome. In the design of the level I have foreseen many obstacles, rolling and bouncing caps, cans, which act as springboards shooting the player, sewers that rattle and fall apart when the players passes through them. A large number of traps made by cups and bottles and puzzles made from the objects that are around us daily.
In case a game provokes the thinking in different areas and develops apart of the fantasy, also the quickness and swiftness, and at the end the kid makes its rightful conclusions, if the game makes the kid think regarding the preservation of nature – then the significance of the computer games will be even greater.
