Emotional Design Task: Emotional Response Task - Working Model Prototype


Previously, you and your group were told to create an experience map for a particular service. From your illustrated map, indicate which part of the customer pain-points was crucial for the service.

Generate an innovative system that could help customers during that crucial moment in time. This could be either a website, mobile app, kiosk, etc.

Consider what is the purpose of the system and how it could help them.

Design a working model prototype of the system –You may use Adobe Fireworks or other applications that can help you create this prototype.

The prototype does not have to be perfect, but it should address the needs of the customer accordingly.
