This was actually a mini-assignment given by a creative agency as their recruitment process. I had fun doing it! =)

Thought process behind my design:
I wanted this and the reference to look like a series if, for example, put in a fashion magazine. I still retained the geometric 3D shapes, clouds and texture but chose to break away from the composition of the reference. The idea of a dual personality seemed interesting and also fitting. I wanted it to seem the girl was breaking out or parts of her are coming out to symbolize that wearing the accessory is a way to bring out your personality. Pyramids were chosen as when I think of gothic accessories I think of sharp/pointed edges as in their design.
