A project of two clubhouses aimed at gentrification of the neighborhood in Kazan's future development area.

Проект двух клубных домов, направленный на джентрификацию района, в области перспективного развития Казани.
One of the features of the project is the concept of "courtyard lounges", designed areas that allow you to hold events and meetings with friends outside the apartment, but without leaving the territory of the house.

Одной из особенностей проекта является концепции "дворовых гостиных", оформленных зон, которые позволяют проводить мероприятия и встречи с друзьями вне пределов квартиры, но не покидая территории дома.
It was important for the client to show that despite the enclosed area, as well as its limited size, both houses have complete playground areas.

Для клиента было важно показать, что несмотря на закрытость территории, а так же на её ограниченный размер, в обоих домах есть полноценные зоны для игровых площадок.
And lastly, since both buildings have apartments with terraces, we needed to show both the views of Kazan from them and some small stories related to the lifestyle of the inhabitants of such apartments.

И напоследок, поскольку в обоих домах есть квартиры с террасами, нам было необходимо как показать виды, которые открываются с них на Казань, так и какие-то небольшие истории связанные с образом жизни обитателей таких квартир.
