Mock-up: Progressive Party of Ontario

This project was done on a lark after a discussion about the electoral implications of dividing the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario into two parties, one urban and the other suburban/rural, that would have a standing electoral alliance.  This was done to think through what the branding would be for the urban party, the Progressive Party of Ontario.
Core logo in English and French (both refering to parts of O, Canada in the motto.  The French translates to "For more brilliant exploits").  The staggered lines behind the P are a throwback to the logos of the Progressive Conservative parties of both Ontario and (now defunct) Canada.

Set in Gotham Ulta Oblique.
Logo on a party-blue background
Alternative icon versions of the logo with blue, red, green, yellow, eggplant, and rainbow lines.  With such a distinctive logo, the lines could be changed up to suit different occasions.
