First part of the artist-exchange between Welsh and Pakistani artists, funded by the British Council, as part of 75 years of Pak-UK friendship. Lauren and I met as collaborative artists for Flow, an exhibition between 5 Pakistani and 5 Welsh artists at Mission Gallery, Swansea in January 2023. Post that, we got a grant to travel to each others countries and make work and explore potential ideas. In Wales, I visited Abergavenny, Cardiff, Swansea, Carmarthen and Llansteffan. Lauren will visit Pakistan in March 2024.
