Adjustable Xenharmonic Guitar Fretboard

3D Printable Xenharmonic Guitar Adjustable Fretboard

Print Settings and help:
The models only fit into a Squier( or Fender) Stratocaster with neck radius 9", scale 65cm.
I cut the main part in 3, because of my printer size (20x20x20).
Printed in this position, without support.
I added the "ears" to avoid bending, maybe it is not necessary.
There are two types of frets.
For this type, which i eventually changed, i printed a smaller size, like 96%, and used it to test the friction on the slots, and sand them where needed, and keep printing progressively bigger ones, also considering the error between all of them, finding the exact size that will balance being easy to move, but not vibrate or move by error while playing, so, i know that my printer is not perfectly calibrated, you will have to find a size that works with the rest of your settings too, material, flow, height, all will affect the friction.
Printed in this position, no support.
Type two solves one problem, works as a lock, moves freely, but they can come out; after playing for a while now, they still need some work on the shape.
Also printed upside-down.
Note: Both fret types have different size in the STL arrangement, this is to take into account the neck shrinking factor, insert them in order, to avoid overlap.
The final piece, also printed upside down.
The main part can be thinner, if i print this again, i will make it thinner. So i don't need to lift the bridge that much, strings are too far from microphones.(if you make a section cut, you will see that at least 1mm can be lowered)
I am still working on the frets, here are the last working STL's and the blender file, and ill update this page and links when, and if, i make a better fret design.
Also i am making this same modification to a classical guitar, which is flat so it will be more universal i guess.

DOWNLOAD STL's and Blender file (version 3.0):
*Blender version is important, models have modifiers that act different across versions.
