The main goal of the project was to emphasize the unique location of this village. It was necessary to create a special atmosphere of a place where people can enjoy peace and calmness. The village is surrounded by forests from all its sides, but located on the top of hill. That’s the reason why all the buildings have an amazing view to the sea through its windows, creating atmosphere of coziness and comfort. Due to the developed infrastructure, for residents there are all the possibilities to enjoy beauty of nature while using conveniences of urban life.
