Client want to build Pulse360 is a web portal in that the senior leadership can use to monitor feedback and CSAT rating from various clients across all business unit. Also, they can monitor ratings to take corrective action as required.
CSAT application link to their customers. All customers share their feedback on overall experience with the delivery team. This feedback includes 10 questions and 1-5 rating for each question.
