Airbnb Portland was honored to be able to march in the 2014 Portland Pride Parade to celebrate their LGBT Hosts, Guests and Employees. I was honored that they asked me to shoot the event. Who doesn't love a parade?

 

The challenge of this shoot were many:

1) As usual the northwest weather was rainy and overcast, which makes for grey, dull colors, not to mention trying to get a while also trying to not get my equipment soaked in water.

2) Run and gun filming. Trying to keep up with my subjects while also trying to capture as much as possible around me -- and make sure that it's all in focus. 

3) Create from chaos a video which encompasses the Airbnb credo of  Unity and Acceptance.
