Product Desktop Pictures/Wallpapers (October 2001 – Spring 2004)

Between 2001 and 2004 i created a set of official Desktop Pictures/Wallpapers, meant to be set as standard desktop backgrounds for the respective computers running a certain software from the huge software ecosystem of SYSLOG Systemlogistik GmbH in Graz/Austria (now a part of KNAPP AG based in Hart bei Graz/Austria). The illustrations were produced for a screen resolution of 1600 x 1200 px, typical for the time.

Each computer was running a special software for huge warehouse logistics and robotic picking automation.

The different background images made it easy and quick to distinguish between the different computers and softwares operated by the warehouse logistics system, and made it easier for staff to understand which computer must be running which software in the event of a reboot or crash.

One of those Desktop Pictures/Wallpapers was created as standard Desktop Picture/Wallpaper for all office computers of SYSLOG Systemlogistik GmbH.

Note: The URL on the images does not work anymore since the company merged with the parent company KNAPP AG.
