The wireframe below was supplied to me by an agency client, for spec purposes.

 

My task was to use the above wireframe to design the homepage for a ficticious luxe men's fashion brand (which also sells women's items). Basically, I was given free reign to design a logo, and to use any web-friendly typeface, any color scheme, and even to select any images that I deemed suitable. Here is what came from those requirements.
