BEATS & BITES visual identity

We designed a visual identity for local music initiative BEATS & BITES. Cosy music events organised monlthy in Rotterdam's music-and-dining café RAAF. You can buy a great dinner for €6, listen to live music for free and join in on stage during the jam session at the end of the evening.

Inspired by the meaning of their headquarters RAAF (Raven) we designed 12 abstract 'bites' who all refer to and can be seen as a bird's beak. There is a month and moment of fame for every single beak. When it's their time, they get highlighted and used in the promotional materials.
