We are Gen The — a generation that has been lucky
to catch as many disasters as possible.
We are Gen The — people that pressed pause
on planning, growing, socializing, and even missing out.
We are Gen The — individuals of no age, no youth,
no certitude.

Gen The are ageless. Kids when scared and unprotected, teens when hysterical and irrational, adults when powerful enough, elderly when it feels like life has given up on us.
Gen The are homeless. Home is where we feel safe,
and such a place is nearly impossible to find.
Gen The are restless. Having a plan A is never enough. We are used to having a whole alphabet of plans.
In Latin and Cyrillics.
Sometimes fearless, sometimes helpless, maybe sleepless or even reckless. In other words, far from flawless.
Many adjectives that end with ‘less’ can be used
to describe Gen The.
But hopeless is not one of them.
