The coronavirus pandemic had negative impacts on all of us, especially the school children. They had to wake up early and prepare themselves, only to end up sitting at their study desks with phones or laptops for online classes, having school from home. Later they got so used to this new routine over the course of two years that they struggled to find the same enjoyment in the regular school life they had before the pandemic.

Our illustration portrays the cute sadness of a child while he returns back to school after a long vacation due to the coronavirus. His mom is encouraging him to enter the school building, reminding him that he had a lot of fun during online classes. (As moms never melt, no matter how teary your face looks or how loudly you are sobbing.)😂

We, as kids, really had great fun enjoying school life, where meeting friends daily made us so happy, along with sharing dabbas during breaks. ❤️
