Recruitment 4.0 - Talent Meets Technology

Recruitment 4.0
Smart Manufacturing Specialist Executive Search Firm
Social Media Design, Brand Voice

The Basics

Role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager for QSS Global LLP, I was in charge of developing the visual brand and ensuring a consistent look and voice of their new recruitment arm, "Recruitment 4.0". My main tasks were designing a marketing website with multiple phases of launch, creating the overall look and feel of social graphics and ads before handing it off to junior designers, developing a diverse and inclusive image library to represent all couples, and creating a budget calculator based on user research.

Problem:
The emergence of Industry 4.0, marked by technologies like AI and IoT, has led to a shortage of skilled professionals who can navigate this complex landscape. Traditional recruitment struggles to find candidates with both technical expertise and adaptability for these roles.

Opportunity:
"Recruitment 4.0" screens every candidate for Industry 4.0 roles. This approach assesses technical skills alongside problem-solving abilities, ensuring a precise match. It also uses immersive assessments to evaluate practical skills and considers transferable skills from other sectors, addressing the talent gap in Industry 4.0.

Key Stakeholders and their Priorities:
Company: Create something that will make the audience aware about their working style and let the audience know, it is the ultimate place for the people who wants to work in an "Industry 4.0" sector.
CMO: Create a design that is simple and focus should be on the usage of yellow and blue color combination.
COO: Does it tell the audience that it is the part of QSS Global LLP, it deals in Industry 4.0 and also look modern?

The Discovery

Who are the audience:
Job seekers who are young and digitally literate, but need help in finding jobs in the field of Industry 4.0.

The Process

Strategize:
The first iteration was a creative with a generic content. After some iterations, the content changed from generic to specific, highlighting some of the attributes. The image of RPA, when added, was originally planned to be used as a primary background image, before we realised that it made more sense to show it as a seperate block.

Visualize:
Using the original brand color, I developed this introductory post. I started with placing a text on the page and then accordingly adjust the images.

The Outcome

Final Decisions and Tradeoffs:
In the end, with the help of this social media post, we manage to roped in 3 big manufacturing companies as clients who wanted to perform an executive search in their Research & Development (R&D) vertical.
