Every one of us is distinctive in some way. Each of us has unique ideas, emotions, and behaviors that define who we are. Our personality determines our unique strengths, weaknesses, and preferences. Further, it influences how people perceive us. Therefore, our personality has a significant impact on what success, joy, fulfillment, anxiety, grief, and disappointment will bring us in various spheres of life.

Some character characteristics and qualities, however, frequently result in better things happening in life. People who exhibit the majority of these traits are thought to have strong personalities and leave a favorable, lasting impression on most people. I see a person who is likable when I think of someone with a strong personality. I consider someone adaptable with their communication style. One thinks of charismatic and vivacious individuals. Finally, I draw a connection between sincerity and knowledge, and a strong personality. While having a strong personality makes one confident, it does not make one arrogant. They are realistic while also being upbeat. They own their mistakes and assume full accountability for their deeds.

The characteristics of someone with a strong personality are numerous. while acknowledging that strong personalities don't all share the same characteristics. But sure they share some familiar characteristics that will be present in everyone with a strong personality. Like Self-confidence, Empathy, Integrity, modesty, and a high sense of self.

ONE CAN CHANGE THEIR PERSONALITY IF EVERY PERSON IS BORN WITH ONE?

Psychologists used to think that people were born with a certain set of traits and that personality evolved early in life and tended to stay the same throughout life.

However, the scientific community increasingly shares the widespread belief that personality traits are shapeable. It is entirely possible to alter and enhance our personalities. It does require time and effort. If you want people to view your actions and behavior favorably, you need to have a strong personality.

SOME ATTRIBUTES THAT CAN ASSIST YOU TOWARDS A STRONG PERSONALITY

UNDERSTAND WHO YOU ARE
None can help you change your personality except yourself while keeping the saying in mind, “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” The first stage to creating a strong personality is captured in the spirit of this quote. You won't be able to move on until you take the time to comprehend your personality qualities. By figuring out your personality, you can distinguish your strengths and weaknesses from the traits that come naturally to you. Understanding personality can be a difficult process because it involves subjectivity and our brains have cognitive preferences.

IMPROVE YOUR ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE NONVERBALLY.
We can communicate verbally, nonverbally, and in writing. How we interact with others is key. The abilities of nonverbal communication include
* Facial expressions.
* Gestures.
* Eye contact.
* Body language and posture.
* Paralinguistics.
* Proxemics.
* Appearance.

ENHANCE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
Everyone respects persons who are extremely knowledgeable about a given topic. And especially enjoy listening to them speak with confidence and passion.

People who are students of life who seem to continually be learning to inspire others. These people are genuinely focused, driven, and enthusiastic. All of these people have powerful personalities! Later in life, when we embrace learning, we are expanding our horizons and grow as individuals. This encourages growth and constructive transformation.

STAY INQUISITIVE
We are more receptive to new information and constructive change when we are curious. You can be more inquisitive in your daily life by following these easy steps:
* Endeavor to explore an unexplored side of yourself.
* Think about life from the viewpoint of someone else.
* Break old patterns and rituals.
* Taste new dishes or try out new cafes & restaurants
* Watch films from many genres.
* Read a book on a subject you are unfamiliar with.

Our natural curiosity supports a growth attitude. People that have a growth mentality frequently find them interesting and are interested in them. Someone with a strong personality will exhibit this trait.

KNOW YOUR VALUES
A person with a strong personality knows their values. Do you know yours? This can be summed up as knowing what is important to us.

Among other things, People values:
* Mannerly companies, Good conversation.
* A person who hears them out
* Honesty, openness, and faithful towards the talks
* Empathy, Loyalty, and Thoughtful friendships.

Arrange your space to ensure you live in tune with these values. Whilst there is wiggle room, learn the way not to compromise too much on core values. Know how important these values are to me. Perhaps a commitment to your values is why others see you as someone with a strong sense of self.

BE ORIGINAL
It’s not just a case of knowing yourself. Being authentic requires you to show up as yourself. It allows us to recognize where we want to put our energy. Being authentic helps us decide on the journey of our life. It helps us consider what relationships and events we want to participate in.

When we focus on our authenticity we gain a clearer understanding of what we do and don’t want in life. As I travel further into my authenticity journey you will feel more comfortable saying “no” to people and events which don’t chime with you. This allows oneself to put energy into the right places. Places where individual feel strong and their personality shines.

Developing a strong personality is not a one-time task. It is a continuous process ‌that permeates everything you do, in every walk of ‌life. There are many strong personalities you can take inspiration from. Far more techniques can help you improve your skills, conquer your fears, defy the odds, and set you up for success. However, the bottom line of everything is to embrace your uniqueness. All your strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, and feelings shape a unique human being like no other.
