Owl is an upcoming experimental animated short film I am independently producing which combines CG animation and infrared photography with music from Collectress. The following work encompasses the early sketching phase, culminating in final modelled assets for use in the film. By listening to the music in conjuction with producing quickfire marker pen sketches, the intent was to develop visual ideas which reflected my personal experience of the music on a very instinctive level. These initial sketches have then been used to derive more polished and complete content.
