As a software company serving financial markets, our software had to be updated according to legal revisions every year. Classes were taught on campus year round in Atlanta and Baltimore, and annually at user conferences for each of five divisions (and sometimes for one suite of products). User conferences were held at nice resorts across the country, though the users were in class for 8-10 hours a day for 2-3 days. Sometimes the conference had a particular theme, but we'd usually pick up on the location on which to base our designs.
