This is an installation piece that I created during the visual arts class at Columbia College Chicago in 2013. I developed the piece from the idea of leaving home. As the 'L', a train in the sinificant transportation system in Chicago, leaving the platform represents the meaning of leaving home, it is, for me, comparable with a mechanism  to have people physically connected.

 

My face on the wall is the representative of me, they can convey my feeling of leaving home
