With the Greatest of Ease

I put this together with materials from Colliers Magazine, their October 12, 1956 issue. Their two page layout was a little too big for my flatbed scanner in its entirety but that was okay. I knew I would have wound up treating each photograph as an individual anyway.

The blue is some of these scans is outstanding. The color and texture is strongly reminiscent of old postage stamps and I have worked with those before. It's a good look.
The photography was done for Colliers by two people or a business called Santos and Ray. I will double check that.

Given the technology of the day, this photo shoot would have required countless retakes over hours and hours. I am sure the photographers wish it took longer.

There are two versions below, one with lettering and one without.
