Challenging | Exhausting | Detached
The overall experience was incredible and I'm pleased I decided to take part and train for 8 months.. but, the actual 'doing' was tough. I guess if cardio is your thing, it's a great test of endurance. The 'detached' feeling I guess comes from all that working out as a group beforehand, but once you step over the start line - you're on your own...
