Tumbuhan telah menjadi bagian dari lanskap alam sejak manusia berevolusi di Bumi. Tumbuhan menyediakan banyak sumber manfaat untuk keseimbangan alam, tempat tinggal untuk hewan. Kita bisa menikmati keindahan jenis dan bentuk tumbuhan, wangi dan ragam warna bunga, bentuk daun, dan juga khasiat buahnya.
Plants have been a part of the natural landscape since humans evolved on Earth. Plants provide many sources of benefits for the balance of nature, shelter for animals. We can enjoy the beauty of the types and forms of plants, the fragrance and variety of flower colors, leaf shapes, and also the benefits of the fruit.
Sebagai penduduk urban, kita lebih sering melihat pemandangan lanskap gedung.
Jakarta, kota tempat saya lahir dan tinggal, sekarang ini sudah banyak taman kota dan tanaman hias di pinggir trotoar jalan. Memandangi keragaman jenis pohon, daun yang hijau, warna - warni bunga di sekitaran gedung – gedung menjulang yang pada umumnya berwarna abu - abu, sangat menyejukan mata dan menenteramkan hati, menambah keindahan lanskap perkotaan.
As urban residents, we often see views of building landscapes.
Jakarta, the city where I was born and live, now has many city parks and ornamental plants on the sidewalks. Looking at the diversity of tree species, green leaves, colorful flowers around towering buildings which are generally gray in color, is very soothing to the eyes and reassuring, adding to the beauty of the urban landscape.
Salah satu kegiatan keseharian saya untuk menikmati alam, selain saya punya taman kecil dirumah, saya juga sering pergi berolahraga atau berjalan dengan kedua anjing saya di taman kota dekat rumah. Sekejap kebahagiaan saat melihat / bertemu dengan tumbuhan dan pohon di sekitar saya ini, selalu saya abadikan, baik dengan kamera professional ataupun dengan kamera handphone. Ini adalah salah satu cara saya berterima kasih dengan alam karena keramahan dan keberadaan mereka.
One of my daily activities is to enjoy nature, besides I have a small garden at home, I also often go to exercise or walk with my two dogs in the city park near my house. This moment of happiness when I see / meet the plants and trees around me, I always capture, either with a professional camera or with a cellphone camera. This is one of the ways I thank nature for their hospitality and existence.
