Mobile Banking App
Designing hybrid Mobile Banking app using company middleware for all types of clients
I worked as the UX Designer. I did User research & Literature Study, Wireframes, User testing, Re-Iteration and documentation. I worked with Visual Designers, Product Managers and developpers in order to create this app in various platforms.
Initial Groundwork
I studied current mobile banking trends and capabilities, globaly. I also studied few popular mobile banking apps that have good ratings
Information Architecture
I categorized each contents and created a structural framework (the Information Architecture) that would be flexible to support the middleware.
Sketchings and Paper Prototypes
After the basic information architecture was finalised, I sketched out different interaction and layout ideas.
Wireframe
After initial ideation on papers, I started creating wireframes on Computer for a better understand and communication of the interaction including details.

Usability Testing and Reiteration
The wireframes were tested at various stages of development with group of users. I iterated several times based on feedbacks
Final Implementation
Once the wireframes and interaction was finalised, the visual design was done by the team and were forwarded for development.
Designing for Mobile Phones
The same process was followed in order to create for the mobile phones. We decided on a number of features to be restricted for mobile.
