Product Training for Thompson/Center Arms, Div. of Smith & Wesson
Training Portal – challenged with providing web based training for retail associates around the country. Formalized training was non-existent. Drove entire training solution from initial design concepts to sourcing materials, creating data bases from scratch, providing creative and content. Major undertaking.

Product Training consisted of 3 main knowledge modules providing indepth product information. Materials were kept at a high level of product visuals combined with overview of specifications and implementation.
Example of quizzes. Each module had a 10 question quiz which had to be passed to move onto next section. Questions were shuffled to keep anyone from cheating.
