- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

- Develop user flows and information architecture to ensure logical and intuitive navigation through the platform.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, usability testing and continually refine designs for optimal user engagement.

- Partner with product managers and developers on product strategy, planning and feature launches to ensure the successful implementation of your designs while maintaining design integrity.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and incorporate them into your work.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a design-driven culture within the organization.

- Proven experience working as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a fast-paced tech company or startup environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-centered designs.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

-Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first design, and designing for various platforms (web, mobile apps, etc.).

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
