PostNL | Fast and reliable delivery
PostNL is a postal service from the Netherlands that delivers parcels in the shortest possible time to any destination worldwide. They use friendly politics like they are your best friends. They have simple and thoughtful logistic solutions and make only positive impressions during the interaction.
I decided to design a non-commercial video for them as a token of my gratitude for their excellent service. My goal was to create a fast and friendly video, where a package would be delivered from one point of the world to another. In my case it was the birthday's gift with tulips traveling from Amsterdam to Sydney. It was my first 3D experience.

First, I wrote the script and made a moodboard with references. I also made a storyboard to express ideas more accurately.
Blocking | Assets | Lookdev
Next step was to create blocking – a rough animation with primitive objects just to express ideas in 3D form. After that, I replaced primitives with assets and refined the animation. And only after that I started texturing and lightening.

After all previous steps I added 2D affects, made color correction and sound design.
