Public Utility System (Public Sector)

Problem Statement - Public Utility System (PUS)of a small country is struggling to create a integrated system that connects all the stakeholders involved in the process. This PUS did not have a information flow mechanism which led to delayed actions and unorganized operations.

Solution Approach - The personas were studied to understand the requirements. It was a tedious task to create different "User Journey" throughout the process as it was not serving the purpose. "Storyboarding" was used to decode the overall flow of process and also for designing the Web and application pages.
