Pen Pal Mag is a conceptual magazine published quarterly from the perspective of two cities. Pen Pal is a culture magazine aiming to bridge the gap between seemingly disparate corners of the globe.

The Spring 2023 issue is from the perspectives of Singapore and New York City because, at the end of 2022, they were named the most expensive cities in the world by the Economist Intelligence Unit. Because of this the issue deals additionally deals with money and business in its front matter articles.
