The Lockheed Martin SR 72 Darkstar is the hypersonic concept aircraft used on set during the opening scene of Top Gun: Maverick. Darkstar was designed by Lockheed Martin’s top-secret Skunk Works division. I used Blender software for modeling and Substance Painter for texturing.
