The Gotham is a unique Philly real estate project, reimagining a shuttered 20th century textile factory to create an eco-friendly, luxury apartment community located in Philadelphia. The Gotham's developers asked me to help them visualize a brand that honored the buildings original Art Deco architecture, while elevating the community's modern, upscale polish.
