New Exhibit and Ballroom Facility to replace the existing event space
The new design will capture the best of the existing building set against the backdrop of the Ocean.
The Architecture was intended to mimic the simple forms of the existing tower, allowing it to timelessly connect to the precedent. The intent behind the new building design was to create this neutral canvas through which the bustling interiors could connect with the outside.
Role: Lead Project Architect and Manager
Construction is scheduled to begin in early Fall of 2014
