I made an infographic for Urbanspoon that shares an overview of our top cities by number of restaurants, most popular cuisines by country, and a breakdown of restaurant price ranges.

Price ranges vary by country and city. For example, a $$$ restaurant in Las Vegas would actually be more expensive than a $$$ restaurant in Portland. The number of restaurants by city is also subjective. Many people consider surrounding areas to be part of a city, but Urbanspoon often separates cities by state lines, so restaurants in North Jersey and Newark, for example, are not included in New York listings, making New York appear smaller.
