The School House CGIs

We were contacted by Bristol based estate agent Ocean to discuss a new project they were working on in the fantastic area of Clifton for Bath and London based developer Kersfield. They were renovating a Grade II Listed school house and converting it into five houses with two contemporary Mews Cottages. We were asked to produce internal and external CGIs, brochures, signage, websites and even an app for both IOS and Android. These are shown in more detail in The School House Marketing project in my portfolio
The existing building is full of character and detail, in particular its diaper pattern roof and fantastic stone windows, this proved a particularly challenging part of recreating the models to the high specification required.
The images were focussed on showing off the splendour of the building once the extensive renovation was complete, so we had to make sure architectural elements as well as planting and foliage represented what was currently there as well as what was going to be added.
The Mews represented a stark contrast to the existing building, with bold contemporary styling and clean lines. It needed to feel as though it was part of the same project whilst offering potential buyers a contemporary option within the same, high-quality project.
The internal images were equally difficult as the properties were to be aimed at the very top end of the market and needed to embody this attention to detail. We worked closely with the client’s interior design team as well as adapting them for a more impacting image.
