Game of Thrones - A Portrait Series

To commemorate the HBO TV show 'Game of Thrones' and released to coincide with the Season 4 finale, I illustrated a set of 9 portraits based on the characters of the show. The idea of the portraits were to really hone in on the character and their personalities, capturing the one moment were you understand who they in the bleak world of Westeros. I had the initial idea of combining the portrait with the House Sigil the character belongs too (in this case, these characters are represented by animals). With this addition I also used the animals to reflect the true emotions and personalities of the associated characters.

These portraits were released to coincide with the Season 4 finale of Game of Thrones and are on sale through Hero Complex Gallery now.
