The Slovenian tourism & service industries are suffering a shortage of human resources. But just how advanced is this shortage? 

Well, enough that without the missing people some of their services will go missing too, just like in the ads. 

This idea is aimed at startling the potential employees into realising just how easy it would be for them to fill the shortage. 

This series of three is just a sample of the endless potential of the campaign. With the simple “this is…” structure the Tourism Board can create simple yet powerfully funny ads for whatever position needs to be filled. 

Moreover, the simplicity of the idea stems from the fact that just as the employees are scarce, so is the ad, barren, simple, direct, and uncomplicated. 

By showing the minimal aesthetic of the ad the board also purveys the idea that resources are better spent elsewhere.
