Gold's Co (Second Proposal)

Client: Gold's Co., a high-end fashion accessories boutique in Brooklyn, known for their pieces by high-fashion brands, among them; Sonia Rykiel, Hermes, Versace, Fende, Phillip Traecy, Marci and many others.
Aim: The owner, Rebecca, has decided to redesign the entire identity of the store; from the branding to the interior, to better reflect the fashionable mien of the company.

Solution: Starting with the initial of the store's name, a geometric, yet beautiful monogram emerged. Accompanying the main logo are five additional marks that are built and evolved from the original emblem. These are put to different variations of the same color scheme, to create an atmosphere of constant change, interest and excitement. Within the ever evolving industry, this serves to symbolise Gold's Co.'s edge in the fashion world.
The monograms call to mind stained glass window panes; creating the idea of a portal to a world of fashion and style.
Predominant among the accessories Gold's Co. offers are hats. Custom made hat boxes were designed to match the rest of the identity, neatly tied off with an ink black ribbon.
Patterned tissue paper in the hat boxes elevates the buyer's shopping experience.
Minimalistic wall decals spread evenly apart all across the store add a feather soft ambiance to the stark geometric niches.
Sublte changes in each of the six bag designs give consumers a lasting interest in the new branding and experience of the boutique.
The principal logo and color combination are used as the main branding to create a cohesive look; on the letterhead, envelopes, item tags, hat boxes, store front and front of the business cards.

The five additional variations are used on the backs of the business cards, on the shopping bags, on the wall decals, and eventually on the website.
The envelopes are lined with the custom pattern, enriching the customer experience.
The custom made pattern for collateral materials, created by duplicating and flipping the logo.
